In 2015, it was selected as one of Japan's three major night views along with Kobe and Sapporo. The observatory was reopened in 2011, and on a clear day, you can see Unzen, Amakusa, and the Goto Islands. Inasayama Park is a popular resting space. On the hillside of Mt. Inasa, there is an event plaza with a large parking lot and an outdoor music hall. You can reach the summit of Mt. Inasa by ropeway.
